Mechanism of Action Beta-1 Selective Blockade: NEBIVALVE 2.5 selectively blocks beta-1 adrenergic receptors in the heart, which reduces heart rate and myocardial contractility. This helps to lower blood pressure and reduce the heart's workload. Nitric Oxide Release: NEBIVALVE 2.5 enhances the release of nitric oxide (NO) from the endothelium (lining of the blood vessels).
