Bilastine used to treat itchy skin rashes. Bisalatin contains the active substance bilastine which is an antihistamine. Bisalatin is used to relieve the symptoms of hayfever (sneezing, itchy, runny, blocked-up nose and red and watery eyes) and other forms of allergic rhinitis.
